Mobile Closings & After Hours Closings

For your convenience, we offer mobile closing services and will travel to the lender’s office or realtor’s office in the Triangle area on the day of closing. E-Recording & Same Day Funds

We offer electronic recording of closing documents in all counties that participate in  electronic recording services. After closing and recording, we make every effort to ensure that our sellers and realtors receive their proceeds and commission on the day of closing and in accordance with the requirements of North Carolina law and the North Carolina State Bar.
