For your convenience, we offer mobile closing services and will travel to the lender’s office or realtor’s office in the Triangle area on the day of closing. In addition to our in-office flexible closing times and scheduling options during regular business hours, we also offer after-hours closing appointments in our office. We offer electronic recording of closing documents in all counties that participate in electronic recording services.
