Marianna C. Montana, Esq.

Marianna C. Montana is the founder and Managing Partner of Montana Law, PLLC.

Marianna started her law practice with offices in Queens, NY and Staten Island, NY.  She also founded Liberty Abstract & Settlements Services, a title and settlement services company. In 2006, she waived into the North Carolina Bar and became licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina. She continued her law practice in the Triangle area.

Marianna earned her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in New York, NY, with a major in Biology and a minor in Political Science. While in law school, Marianna served as a Judicial Clerk to the Hon. Harriet George in the Civil Court of Queens County, and as a Law Clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Marianna was born and raised in Queens, New York.
